Content Love Knowles

Rick is really happy to be working with award-winning composer/director Content Love Knowles. Content composes music, plays piano and percussion and guitar, and sings in several bands. Her original musical scores for Sleeping Beauty and Dark Goddess received B. Iden Payne and Austin Critics’ Table nominations. She received the Austin Critics’ Table Award for Best Original Score for Bent. Content has appeared in more than a dozen plays at Vortex Theater in Austin.

Criminal Cabaret

Content Love Knowles has created a new post-performance musical group called the Criminal Cabaret that will be performing in the lounge of the Vortex Theater following selected productions on the mainstage.

Content Love Knowles' Criminal Cabaret presents Wrecked on the Reef: left-handed love songs & murderous melodies. This new short ‘n pointy pocket opera kicks off a series of musical and cabaret acts in The VORTEX Café. Featuring: Content Love, David DeMaris, and Ricky "Hog Branch" Watson.
